Refund and Return Policy – Anvi Creations

At Anvi Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully designed, crafted, and inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth process for eligible cases.

Returns

  • Please review product details carefully before placing your order. Return or refund requests due to size or design preferences will not be accepted.

  • Customers are required to bear a return shipping charge of ₹120, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For damage-related claims, it is mandatory to record a complete 360° unboxing video in proper lighting at the time of receiving the package. This video will serve as proof for damage claims.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, refunds or exchanges will not be available.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products with visible signs of use.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – sometimes it takes extra time before refunds are reflected.

  3. Contact your bank – processing delays are common.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Minor variations in color, texture, or design from product images do not qualify for exchange, as many pieces are handcrafted.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Once approved, the replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • If the exact product ordered is unavailable, we may not be able to dispatch a replacement.
